Orders are shipped and delivered to the address provided within 1-2 business days. A signature is required for the delivery of your shipment unless otherwise specified through Purolator.

All sales final. Defective or damaged products will be exchanged within 2 business days.  In this case, please call Granada Veterinary Clinic at (780) 464-1287. After 2 days refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Seasonal items are a final sale. All veterinary diets are 100% guaranteed by our partner food companies & can only be returned due to palatability, quality, or safety issues.
